To remove these unnecessary programs follow simple steps on  +Windows 8

Step 1: Start Windows task manager by using ctrl+alt+delete
Step 2:Click the Start-up tab

Here you can see the list of startup programs along with the startup impact
You can select the programs with high impact on startup.

Disable only the unnecessary programs like in the image Skydrive or Bing could be disabled for reducing startup time.
Don't disable driver audio or any of the intel modules that may be necessary for your computer.

New Google + Update: Brings in Notification for Auto Awesome.

Google who recently replaced Google Messenger with Hangouts also added new features that did go unnoticed by the users.Users did notice the Messenger icon being replaced by the  G+ Photos icon but not the 'Auto Awesome' feature that was added.

Auto Awesome is capable of creating gif like images ,merging photos to create panoramic images or stitching multiple pictures together to a film strip fashion.  

Earlier auto awesome photos had to be searched through your collection using #autoawesome or 

by noticing an icon overlaid on the photo.In the recent update available for ios,android,desktop google has included a status bar notification for the new auto awesome feature.

The update also containing various bug fixes and performance improvements has been pushed out but will take time in reaching all countries.
